Adam Casas

Adam Casas–Director of Jar Operations

Since 2007, Adam’s experience included maintaining existing business relationships and developing new relationships that turned into profits for local and broadcast television stations, national networks, and syndicators across the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Utilizing the Cost-Per-Action method of business, he was able to supply his clients with short-form advertising and long-form programming used to fill un-sold inventory. By continuously building relationships with over 400 clients, he surpassed his sales goals by 50% percent from the previous year’s earnings and closed his first annual sales just over $1.2 million. He was also one of two representatives that managed 50% percent of all Spanish networks and helped contribute to their revenue gains of over $2.8 million by monetizing their unsold inventory in less than 2 years.

Prior to working in advertising, Adam was a part of a team that developed new business and maintained a profile of clients and prospects desiring to become home owners or wanting to refinance their homes. I assisted in over 200 client transactions for new home loans and refinancing loans. I worked with over 50 different lender affiliates and assisted homeowners in choosing the best option available for them.

Prior to a career in sales, Adam joined the Marine Corps in 2002 and was deployed to Iraq in 2003 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After his tour in Iraq, he was reassigned to Ammunition Company in Camp Pendleton, CA where he was in direct support of multiple missions. . In 2006, Adam was honorably discharged from active duty and relocated to Temecula, CA.

In 2007, our country called on Adam once again to serve in support of the continued War on Terror overseas. Since then, Adam has been a part of 4th Tank Battalion located in San Diego, CA, where he currently holds the Battalion Ammunition Director position in support of 5 combat operating tank companies. In 2009, the United States Marine Corps Tanker Association awarded Adam as the “Tanker of the Year 2009” for 4th Tank Battalion and was honorably admitted into the Tanker Association.
